At Boone Homes, we understand that purchasing and moving into a new home can be both exciting and overwhelming. That’s why we are partnering with Eliant, a homebuyer survey company, to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when it comes to buying their dream home. Through this partnership, homeowners receive three surveys after they move in: one month after move-in, five months after move-in, and ten months after move-in. The goal of these surveys is to capture honest feedback from our customers so that we can continuously improve our services.
How Eliant Helps Us Improve Our Services
Eliant works with a variety of homebuilders across the country to make sure that customers have an exceptional experience throughout the entire homebuying process. The surveys touch on different parts of the homebuilding process including sales, design selections, construction walk-throughs, and closing experience. They also focus on the over all quality of the home and satisfaction of the customer. Each survey asks for comments from the homebuyer so that they can elaborate on their scores or add any additional comments. This feedback helps us identify areas where we are doing well and areas where we need improvement.
We have been thrilled with the results during our first year partnering with Eliant. In 2022, we ranked in the top 5 and our scores for the 3 different surveys were above average compared to Eliant's average.
