A New Boone Home:
In 2024, we celebrated 41 closings, helping new homeowners settle into their dream Boone Homes.
Community Updates:
This year brought exciting milestones, including the closeout of one community, the introduction of a brand-new community, and one new model home.
- Sold Out Community: We are officially sold out of Pine Springs at Chickahominy Falls. We sold our final homes in Mosaic at West Creek, and we are now selling our award-winning model home in this community.
- New Community: We launched The Villas at Swift Creek, offering a stunning, newly designed collection of 55+ townhome and quad homes in Chesterfield, Virginia
- New Model Home: The highly anticipated Heatherworth model opened at The Reserve at Campbell Creek, featuring luxury finishes, beautiful accordion doors, and award-winning design.
