An unparalleled home warranty 

Our service department works with you to review and improve the quality of your home before and after you move in. Homeowners have three planned opportunities to address any concerns with our team. 

Two weeks prior to closing, you will walk your home with your superintendent and note any warrantable items that need addressing. Our team works to resolve any issues before closing. 

Approximately 30 days after closing, you will receive a letter from our Warranty Department outlining your opportunity to have our Warranty and Service Manager visit the home to review any issues of concern. You will be asked to submit a list of those issues just prior to the 60 day period. 

Around 10 months after closing, once you have really settled into your home, you will receive another letter from Warranty. You will need to submit these issues in writing before the 11 month period.
