As Christmas and the New Year are just days away, our team at Boone Homes would like to take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments made in 2023. With gratitude in our hearts, we extend our sincerest thanks to our team, purchasers, realtors, trade partners, and friends who have contributed to the success over the past year.
In 2023, we proudly sold over 40 homes (with 10 days left in the year) and successfully passed the keys over on 59 homes. This milestone marks the joy of new homeowners moving into their new Boone Home.
Community Updates:
In 2023, sales began in The Reserve at Campbell Creek and Millwood Landing. Within the Hanover High School District, The Reserve at Campbell Creek will have 18 custom homes on expansive 10-17+ acre homesites. The beginnings of our Heatherworth model began at The Reserve at Campbell Creek and is scheduled to open mid 2024. Meanwhile, Millwood Landing, located in the scenic Montpelier area, promises luxury brick estates on 5+ acres each.
The Boone Homes section at Mosaic at West Creek has only four homesites left, highlighting the genuine satisfaction of our homeowners who value both the Boone Homes experience and low-maintenance living. The Connexion, opened this year, has evolved into the heart of the community, featuring a kitchen, fitness center, pool, and pickleball courts. The unveiling of the Southwick model home in January earned the prestigious Gold Award for Best Model Home, including accolades for Best Kitchen, Curb Appeal, and Best Feature during Richmond’s Parade of Homes.
Blair Estates offers a rare opportunity in the River Road Corridor with 1/2 acre lots, brick estates, and convenient access to restaurants, highways, and country clubs. The first home at Blair Estates closed this fall, with more scheduled for early to mid-2024. Act now to secure your spot at Blair Estates, where a limited number of homesites await.
Little Meadows at Chickahominy Falls, sold out during 2023, with the final homebuyers moving in early 2024. The stage then shifted to the opening of the next section, Pine Springs at Chickahominy Falls, offering fresh homesites and plans for swift move-in options in the coming year. The Marwick model home, opened this summer, received awards for Best Kitchen, Curb Appeal, and Best Feature as the sunroom, securing a Silver Award for Best Model Home in its category during the Parade of Homes.
Reed Marsh welcomed numerous homeowners in 2023, with the Siena Model Home receiving the prestigious Best Curb Appeal award from Richmond’s Parade of Homes. Currently, two quick move-in homes are available for immediate move-in within this community!

In our second year partnering with Eliant, a professional customer satisfaction partner, we sought honest feedback from homeowners to enhance the Boone Homes experience. Thrilled with our survey results and testimonials, we were awarded 1st Place Nationally for Customer Service Experience, 3rd Place for Highest Percentage of Sales from Referrals, 4th Place for 1st Year Quality, 4th Place for Design Experience, and 5th Place for Overall Home Purchase & Ownership Experience.

Big Celebrations & Events!
The Preferred Agent Achievement Awards returned for the second time, recognizing realtors who achieved over $1 million in sales with Boone Homes in the calendar year. Stay tuned for the 2024 event! We hosted two other realtor-focused events in 2023. The first was our Cocktails and Communities event held at The Federal Club to celebrate the opening of our two new Hanover communities – The Reserve at Campbell Creek and Millwood Landing. We also partnered with Atlantic Bay Mortgage at our Marwick Model Home for the Realtor Reels and Wine Event. This event entailed charcuterie, wine, networking, and creating social media videos in the model home.
To appreciate our trade partners, we hosted our second annual Trade Partner Appreciation Cookout, celebrating relationships with top trades and vendors in Richmond.
Awards & Recognition
Boone Homes proudly clinched the prestigious Marketing Excellence Award at HBAR's MAME Awards in 2023. Adding to the accolades, Penny, the Community Manager for Mosaic at West Creek and Blair Estates, soared to new heights by earning the Platinum Award for outstanding sales volume at HBAR's MAME Awards. Furthermore, our dedication to excellence was recognized with a second-place finish for Best Home Builder in the Richmond Times Dispatch 'The Best' Contest.
