Our new model home at Mosaic at West Creek is nearing completion and we are thrilled to show it off! Our team at Boone Homes partnered with Builders Design for the selections and interior design of the model home. The Southwick model is thoughtfully designed with meaningful living and entertaining spaces catered to active adults.
Christen, Regional Manager at Builders Design, gave us some insight into her inspiration for the Southwick and how it was designed specifically for the 55+ age demographic.

The open dining area is tucked away from the main living area but not too closed off, making it the perfect entertaining space for family and friends. We love the trim detailing and drapery inspiration!

One of our favorite spaces in this model home is the Loft - wait until you see the fireplace! We love this space for a secondary TV room, a playroom for grandkids or a quiet reading area.
