Development

Luxury and leisure are the two words to describe living in the exclusive 55+ community of Mosaic at West Creek. Development began in the Boone Homes section of Mosaic at West Creek in 2021 and sales officially began later that year.

Nestled between River Road and Patterson, Blair Estates is a Boone Homes community of ½ acre homesites along a private road and cul-de-sac in Goochland County. Development began in 2022 and has just a few homesites remaining. We proudly partnered with Youngblood Tyler on this project.

The Reserve at Campbell Creek, located in the Hanover High School District and just minutes away from Downtown Ashland is now 18, 10-17+ acres awaiting custom homes. We proudly partnered with Youngblood Tyler and The Pruitt Corporation on this project.

The Villas at Swift Creek is a new 55+ luxury townhome and quad community in the heart of Chesterfield. Development began in 2023 and sales are set to begin early 2024. This townhome and quad development is the first of its kind for Boone Homes and will feature new floorplan options, resort-style amenities, and luxury-included features. We are proudly partnering with Youngblood Tyler on this project.
