You are moving right along in your selections process! After meeting with Better Kitchens and Park Stone, it’s time to move on to Costen Floors and select your flooring for your new Boone Home.

Flooring is an integral part of the interior design of your home. When selecting finishes in your new home, you’ll want to consider the functionality of each room as well as your style. You may want to think about whether you prefer cool tones or warm tones, if your need scratch and water-resistant for your dogs and kids, hypoallergenic options, or how low-maintenance you want your flooring to be. Boone Homes includes Revwood flooring in most of the first floor areas - ask your sales manager for what is included in your specific community!  Once you have finalized your preferred flooring types and locations with your selections coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Mark Imes at Costen Floors to explore options and upgrades.

Mark will review all of the different options as well as explain the difference between materials so that you can determine which material will best suit your lifestyle. Costen Floors’ showroom is filled with thousands of flooring samples including hardwood, laminate, carpet and vinyl. First, you will look at the variety of colors available for the included Revwood flooring and carpeting.

You may want to bring samples from other vendors so you can envision everything together. Mark offers professional knowledge and insight while you select the flooring in your new Boone Home.
