When you build with Boone Homes, the sky is the limit! After you tailor your home plans how you wish, it’s time to begin selecting interior design items such as flooring, cabinetry and countertops. Boone Homes does not have a one-stop-shop design studio, instead, you’ll have the opportunity to attend individual meetings with our long-term trade partners—who are experts in their specific field and visit the showrooms to view endless choices. 

Your selections coordinator will reach out to schedule a meeting to discuss exterior colors and provide a Buyer Selection Book that outlines deadline dates as well as each phase of the selection process. They will also explain how to arrange and schedule your various selections meeting with vendors. 

First, you will schedule a time to meet with Jenn Davis with Better Kitchens and Baths. Jenn has partnered with Boone Homes for over 23 years! She knows our floorplans inside and out and has expert advice on layout options that will best fit your lifestyle.
