2021 has been one for the books for Boone Homes! We are thankful for our purchasers, realtors, preferred lenders, vendors and everyone who has supported us this year. We have so much to celebrate as we look back on 2021 and are eager for what is to come in the new year.
Achieving Goals
Our sales team reached our goal and sold 80 homes in 2021! The entire Boone Homes team contributed to this year’s success through a year of dedication and hard work. Despite facing obstacles such as labor and material shortages, we closed 74 homes and welcomed happy homeowners into beautiful luxury homes. New Beginnings
We sold out of SEVEN communities including Kinloch Villas and Coach Homes, Tarrington Villas, Ellington and Ellington Woods, Hawksgate at Bacova, and Dominion Park. Not only did we close out of seven communities, but after building in Short Pump for over 11 years, we sold the last new construction home in Wyndham!
While we said goodbye to some communities, we opened up THREE new communities that began sales in 2021 and built a beautiful Model home in Reed Marsh. Schedule a tour and check it out!

New Faces & Milestone Anniversaries.
We welcomed nine new faces around the office and celebrated 16+ years for 10 of our employees. It’s not often you see that anymore! Four of our construction team members even celebrated 20+ years. We love our Boone Homes Family and believe that when employees are valued they greatly contribute to the success of the company and the stellar experience of our customers. That's why we have many loyal, long-tenured employees that have made Boone Homes what it is today.

Boone Homes plans to begin development for this new home community in Chesterfield in the late Spring of 2022 and will open for sales in 2023.
