As another year comes to an end, our team at Boone Homes took a moment to reflect on all of the accomplishments we made in 2022. We opened up a new community, celebrated partnerships with trade partners and realtors, welcomed new employees, were awarded Builder of the Year and so much more! We could not have done it without YOU! Thank you to all of our purchasers, realtors, trade partners, and friends who have supported us over the past year.
In 2022, we sold 49 homes (with 4 more days left!) and closed 58 homes. We are thrilled to have welcomed so many new homeowners into their new Boone Homes.
Communities Updates:
We closed our FINAL home in Wyndham after 26 years of building in that community.
In 2022 we began selling in Blair Estates, a new community of luxury estate homes along the River Road Corridor. Each home features 4-sides brick and sits on half an acre.
Mosaic at West Creek is nearly 70% sold out. The new Southwick model home began construction this year and we plan to move into the model at the end of January. Our first buyers are thrilled to move into their new home in January and start off 2023 living their new low-maintenance lifestyle. We also introduced a new floor plan, The Harmont, to Mosaic at West Creek!
We welcome numerous new homeowners into Little Meadows at Chickahominy Falls; many have hit the ground running in the community social clubs. There are a few final opportunities in Little Meadows including one quick move-in home.
We also welcomed many homeowners to Reed Marsh in 2022 and the Siena Model home won Best Model Home by HBAR! The Sorrento, a new floor plan, was introduced to offer more first-floor living options in the community. We have 3 quick move-in homes available - Learn more!

This year, we committed to learning more about our customers’ experience with Boone Homes so we've partnered with Eliant, a professional customer satisfaction partner, to get honest feedback from our homeowners. Our goal at Boone Homes is to make purchasing and moving into your home a great experience! We have been thrilled with the survey results and testimonials from our homeowners.
Our year average placed us in the top 8 of 79 homebuilders with Eliant across the nation. We ranked #4 in the nation for our customer's move-in experience, #4 in the nation for our customers’ experience after living in their homes for 6 months and #7 in the nation for our customers’ experience after living in their homes for 1 year.

We welcomed 5 new faces to Boone Homes - Susan (Design Coordinator), Carolyn (Design Manager), James (Punchout), Justin (Superintendent), and Kayla (Sales Assistant).
We also celebrated 8 employees who have worked at Boone Homes for 15+ years! We retired 1 employee after 27 years - Sam (Superintendent)

Big Celebrations & New Traditions!
We introduced a realtor celebration, the Preferred Agent Achievement Awards, where we award and recognize realtors that have partnered with us and realtors who have done over $1 million in sales with us in the calendar year. We can't wait for 2023's event!
To celebrate our trade partners, we began another new tradition of an annual trade partner appreciation cookout event to celebrate our long-lasting relationships with some of the top trades and vendors in Richmond.
Awards & Recognition
Boone Homes won BIG this year! We are honored to have been awarded Builder of the Year by HBAR in 2022. The Builder of the Year award is based on the following categories: involvement in the homebuilding industry, product development, advertising, general brokerage relationships, sales and marketing team relationships, buyer relations, success in the marketplace and obstacles overcome, philosophy and number of homes closed.
CBUSA awarded us with the All-in award, recognizing Boone Homes as a top builder in the CBUSA network! CBUSA provides a more stable pricing structure for top-tier brands such as Kohler, Generac and JennAir so we can price our homes more efficiently to our customers. Partnering with CBUSA allows us to keep up with the big public builders while building at a smaller scale, allowing us to continue to offer high-quality homes.
We were also voted 3rd for Best Home Builder in the Richmond Times Dispatch 'Best' Contest!
