The starting base prices for our homes vary per community. Our most affordable community is Dominion Park at Wyndham starting in the $490,000’s. The prices for our move-in ready home can be viewed on the Quick Move-In Homes page.


How long does it take to build a custom home?

We will build your new custom home in approximately 7 months from the moment you sign a purchase agreement with us until you close on your new home.

Am I tied to a particular mortgage lender or closing attorney?

No, you may choose whomever you would like. However, we have a preferred mortgage lender and preferred closing attorney who know Boone Homes and they both do a fantastic job. Our preferred mortgage lender is Holly Silas with George Mason Mortgage. Our preferred Closing Attorney is George Rowe with Rowe Rosen & Fitzhugh, PLC.


Can any floor plan be built on any home site?

The floor plan must be able to fit within the buildable area of the home site. Our Community Managers can assist you with a specific floor plan and community.
