The area surrounding each Boone Homes community has hidden treasures and resources that boost and improve one’s way of life. One such event is the annual Literary Festival hosted by John Tyler Community College. The festival will take place March 1 through the 4. This year’s author and special speaker will be Darnell Arnoult, a poet and acclaimed writer of the novel Sufficient Grace.
Darnell will be touring all of the John Tyler campuses and sharing a series of excerpts from some of her writings. John Tyler has several other engaging events within the Literary Festival such as a writing workshops and gallery talks further deepen the value contributed by John Tyler to the surrounding community.
Much like the community treasures provided by John Tyler to the surrounding neighborhoods, are the hidden treasures of vast value within the construction methods used to build a new Boone Home. It is evident by all who visit a Boone Homes’ neighborhood that we build more than just a house: we build homes designed to create memories that will last a lifetime. The design of the floorplans and focused attention to detail showcases our desire to build each home with the buyer in mind.
Some of Boone Homes’ non-visible details show up as hidden treasures years after you’ve moved in to the home. We intentionally improved the value of a Boone Home by screwing down the subfloor. Because of this simple upgrade, floors in a Boone Home won’t groan or squeak as they settle with time. Instead they remain as strong as they we upon move-in.
These and other hidden treasures reflect how Boone Homes invests daily in every home we build. Not only does Boone Homes invest in high quality neighborhoods with lifestyle but also high quality construction practices that emote the feeling of quality. Boone Homes builds luxury homes and no maintenance homes that will last you a life time. Come see why so many have made Boone Homes their Richmond home builder of choice.
