When you think of a sidewalk community, you might not think of the great outdoors. Suburban sprawl and concrete dominate the imagination when it comes to residential areas. However, Wyndham, a planned community with smaller communities inside, is different. Wyndham offers access to the outdoors that many people think they have to relinquish by choosing to live in a traditional subdivision.
At Wyndham, outdoor trails wind through the area, providing residents opportunities to reconnect with nature. These elevated paths are pedestrian and bike friendly. The trails offer the perfect escape for some fresh air and exercise. They also connect all of the communities, which make it fun and easy for residents to walk or ride a bike to included amenities.
There are three different neighborhoods in Wyndham where Boone Homes is building single-family homes in a range of prices, sizes and styles. Dominion Park homes start from $490,000 with eight home plans to customize. Though the base model has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the buyer can chose a home with up to six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Ellington is the next pocket of homes at Wyndham. Starting at $570,000, these luxury homes come with three to six bedrooms and two to five bathrooms. With open foyers, private studies, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances and more, these homes are spacious and comfortable. Basement options are available in Ellington. By the time home buyers arrive at Ellington Woods, the obvious understated elegance of Wyndham has made an impression. Starting at $750,000, these homes feature four-bedroom, three-bathroom models, and there are options with up to six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This community is private, providing the ultimate in luxury living. With a beautiful kitchen, columned entrance, jetted tub in the owner’s suite, full study, standard three-car garage, basement options and more, these houses will make the resident feel right at home!
All three communities are located on the outskirts of Richmond in Henrico County, so quick access to the city provides an unlimited amount of dining and shopping options. Wyndham is located close to Interstates 64 and 95, so Washington, D.C., is only about 2 hours away. The elementary school, Shady Grove, is located within the community, and Deep Run High School was recently rated eighth best high school in Virginia.
