The New Home Buyer Counseling Session was developed by Boone Homes of Roanoke to answer Buyer/REALTOR questions about our homes, address concerns, provide ways to customize plans, prepare a personal “Wish List” of options and to walk through each phase of the construction process.
Our Vice President of Construction and New Homes Sales Manager meet with every buyer and their Realtor for this session, allowing us to be able to address questions about construction, purchase agreement and financing. This session usually lasts an hour and half. This is the perfect spot for both the buyer and the Realtor to have all of their questions answered. The session is completely customized to the buyers needs and is designed to make sure that everyone leaves confident and happy with their purchase.
Buyers are able to create a “Wish List” that begins with the base price of the home and then adds pricing for each option selected. The total price of the home is then shown and buyers see exactly where their money is being spent. They are also able to add or delete items as they see fit based on budget and desire. At this meeting we also share with you the most popular options that buyers throughout your new community have selected that you may want to consider.
Several Boone Homes homeowners have told us that this process is the favorite part of building their new home. We often find that a buyer likes the floor plan, but would like to change a few things. Because the Boone Homes team is well versed in custom built homes in Roanoke, changes pose no problem. We have moved walls, added space and even redesigned a study and half bath into a suite with a fifth bedroom and full bath. We are able to do this thanks to a very talented architect on staff. The cost of any change is included in “Wish List,” ensuring that you won’t have any hidden costs once construction begins.
Home Owners in StoneManor, Hampshire and Coach Homes in Southwood have made a special point to share with us how helpful and educational they found the New Home Buyers Session and how it established a plan that made the buying experience pleasant.
The session is FREE with no obligation to you. We invite you to set up a time for a New Home Buyer Counseling Session. Call 540-278-1369 to schedule your free appointment today. Trust us, you won’t be disappointed.
