When you think of Roanoke, VA you usually think of the beautiful mountains that landscape the area, but great seafood doesn’t usually come to mind.
However, when I moved to Roanoke a few years ago I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were so many wonderful local restaurants.
One of my favorites that is located close to the Boone Homes Roanoke office is Montano’s International Restaurant. My favorite meal is the Fried Shrimp meal, it comes with a house salad, baked potato and fresh steamed vegetables.
In addition to the wonderful food, Montano’s has a family flair that keeps Roanokers coming back time and time again. It is Monty’s care and pride in his product that has sustained this restaurant for so many years and made it one of Roanoke’s premiere spots.
I think this is also the case with Boone Homes. Len and Jo Anne Boone, and all of the Boone Homes’ family of employees take great pride and care in their work to insure that all of our custom homes in Richmond and Roanoke are the best quality workmanship that they can be with beautiful architectural design and craftsmanship. When someone cares about what they do – it shows. It definitely shows at Montano’s, and it shows in all of the homes that are built by Boone Homes, Inc.
Montano’s is less than a mile from Coach Homes of Southwood, one of the many Boone Homes’ communities in Roanoke. Southwood offers maintenance free living, and is very popular with both young and old in the Roanoke Valley. If you are in the Roanoke area, stop and dine at Montano’s International Restaurant, and then drive up the hill and visit our beautiful Southwood model home. I think you will be amazed at the spaciousness of this home, and the views will take your breath away. Enjoy all Roanoke has to offer—good food – good people – great homes.
